So apparently Chic Fi-le appointed today, the second Tuesday of the month as National Cow Appreciation Day.  Of course, some of us appreciate them every day, but yay to them for having a special day!

 

I have appreciated cows since 2004 when I began painting them.  I love to represent these special moments in time.

This is a picture I just finished of Mabel and her calf,  a baldy cow and a calf.
